URBAN VILLA KRALINGEN
This urban villa for 4 families is located in Kralingen at the Rozenburg park in Rotterdam.
The design/concept uses the roof to create different spaces in the house. The open space is separated in 3 areas, the living room, the kitchen and a work place. The closed space uses the roof of the open space as a floor. This creates a landscape than can be used to relax and wash.
This design was nominated for the Iktinos prize. This is a prize for the best student work for each academic year at the Academie van Bouwkunst in Rotterdam. The design received 3rd place.
