WOC-Ghana, Ayigya

The WOC-Ghana study project, is a half year design research that was initiated and organized by a group of students of the RAVB(Rotterdam Academy for Architecture, including me. During the research in Ghana, we visited many informal settlements in order to understand the challenges. We focused on the district of Ayigya in Kumasi. Together with the local university in Kumasi and the IHS in Rotterdam, we developed multiple strategies for the urban development , services and housing. This is some of the work of the BUS-C3 team I was happy to be a part of.
